OrthoRehab Whitefish Clinic Completes 15 week Plank Challenge!

Our Whitefish OrthoRehab clinic survived 15 weeks of challenging themselves to hold progressively longer times “Planking” for the health benefits, but also to help raise funds for their two scholarship recipients, Kellie Brown and Zachary Brandt. Amy Fischer, MS PT, Staci Yearsley, PTA and Stephanie Brinkman, Office completed all 15 weeks planking. On their last day, they held the plank (in perfect form) for as long as they could with Amy winning with a total time of 6 minutes, 21 seconds!!! Stacie was only two seconds behind Amy’s time at 6 minutes, 19 seconds, while Stephanie held her own with a very respectable 5 minutes, 41 seconds. Sadly, Andrea was disqualified at week 5 due to an injury. All proceeds went to the Whitefish scholarship winners. Great job Whitefish staff!!!
