Russell Lindahl, PT, DPT
Russell was born and raised in a small farming community in Minnesota, and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, MN. His passion for outdoor recreation brought him initially to Montana, followed by a year of travel therapy in Alaska. He enjoys working with patients of all different ages and abilities, with special interest and skillset with athletes of all types, lower extremity injuries, and low back pain. Helping people get back to doing the things they love, and living active and pain-free lives is what drives his passion for PT. His approach to therapy typically includes a combination of manual therapy and exercise to get patients moving, feeling, and performing better. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys skiing, biking, rock climbing, running, and the occasional relaxing day floating on a lake or river.
