Alena Ori Baughan, PT, DPT, Clinic Director
I was born and raised in the Flathead Valley and am a proud second-generation PT at OrthoRehab. I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana in 2014. I love studying movement and helping people optimize their bodies.
I have completed advanced training through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT) to hone my skills in spinal manipulation, soft tissue mobilization, dry needling, blood flow restriction and multiple strategies in assessment and treatment of the musculoskeletal system. My treatment style focuses on empowering patients in their care, tailoring my treatments to their goals and activities and communicating with their medical team. I believe that the hands-on evaluation and treatment is essential to facilitate the coordination of muscles, joints, and nerves.
My passion as a physical therapist is in problem-solving with my patients, working together as a team to get your body to achieve your unique goals. I’m here to help you figure out how to get your body to move in the way you need it to. It is my belief that no two bodies respond equally to the same treatment
