OrthoRehab honors Tonia Shafer’s husband on Father’s Day

Sometimes a grandpa’s love is the most special bond. We’d like to send a very special Father’s Day to Robert Shafer, hubby of Tonia Shafer, PTA. Robert has become father to Tonia’s children, and he also has an extremely close relationship with their grandson Christopher.
