Tyler Ladenburg

PT, DPT, Co-Owner

Tyler is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Columbia Falls native who has been with OrthoRehab since 2009, specializing in orthopedics, post-operative care, sports medicine, and spine care. He is certified in dry needling and personalized blood flow restriction, and also designs custom foot orthotics to support patient recovery with personalized, evidence-based care.

Ty Morgan

PT, DPT

Following graduation in 2015, Ty attended Flathead Valley Community College and continued to the University of Montana, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. He then attended PT school at South College in Knoxville, TN, where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022. Ty chose to work in the PT world due to his passion for helping people attain their maximum potential, so they can return to participating in the activities they love.

Hailey Craig

PT, DPT, NCS

Hailey is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and board-certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist with advanced training in treating a wide range of neurological conditions. After earning her DPT with honors from the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences, she completed a year-long neurological residency in Arizona, focusing on stroke, spinal cord injuries, Parkinson’s disease, brain injuries, and more. Hailey brings creativity and compassion to her practice, personalizing treatment plans to help individuals regain independence and improve quality of life.

Cody Haugen

PT, DPT

Cody grew up in Kalispell and graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana in 2015. In 2010 Cody earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Washington State University where he worked with NCAA athletes to treat and prevent injuries on and off the field. He returns to the Flathead Valley after spending the last 10 years in Boise, Idaho where he worked as a physical therapist in an outpatient setting.

Cody’s treatment philosophy focuses on hands-on manual therapy and exercise-based interventions. Cody believes in an individualized approach with an emphasis on patient education to help his patients achieve their goals. He loves seeing his patients return to work and doing the things they love.

In his spare time, Cody enjoys fishing, hiking, camping and spending time outside with friends and family.

Leslie Riser

PTA

Leslie is a Physical Therapist Assistant who earned her degree from Flathead Valley Community College in 2018. Originally from Ohio, she also holds a bachelor’s in Environmental Science from Ohio University—a path that led her to years of outdoor work and eventually Montana and Glacier National Park.

She’s passionate about helping people live active, pain-free lives and enjoys guiding them back to the activities they love. A certified yoga instructor, Leslie teaches classes with a therapeutic focus. Outside the clinic, she loves spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter.

Samantha Stellmacher

PTA

Sam grew up in small-town Wisconsin and earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. She began her healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant on an inpatient rehab unit, where seeing patients work hard and return home inspired her to pursue physical therapy.

Now, she enjoys helping people get back to their favorite activities. Outside the clinic, Sam loves disc golfing, exploring the outdoors, and relaxing with a good book.
