Joel is a Physical Therapist with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and extensive experience across outpatient orthopedics, skilled nursing, home health, and acute care settings. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, he treats a wide range of conditions with a focus on empowering patients to take control of their recovery and achieve long-term wellness.
Jacob Toth
PT, DPT
Jacob is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training in Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Myofascial Release, and Dry Needling. He specializes in treating back and pelvic issues, chronic pain, and orthopedic injuries, and was among the first physical therapists accepted into the Institute of Functional Medicine’s program. Jacob is passionate about helping patients heal and stay active, both in and out of the clinic.

She co-founded Professional Therapy Associates in Kalispell and joined the Orthopedic Rehab team in 2010, continuing her long-standing commitment to patient care in Montana.

Christine is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 20 years of experience in outpatient care, specializing in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. She holds multiple certifications, including Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment, and integrates hands-on techniques to optimize patient outcomes. Her passion lies in helping people return to active, fulfilling lives.

Blake is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with a background in Allied Health Sciences and a passion for helping others stay active. After earning his PTA degree in 2022, he relocated to the Flathead Valley, where he now applies his skills in rehabilitation while enjoying the outdoor lifestyle he loves.
