Keith Ori, PT is one of the Flathead Valley’s most-requested and respected physical therapists, and is currently the managing partner and CEO of Orthopedic Rehab Inc. Keith has been a practicing physical therapist since 1982.
Patrick Gulick, Co-Owner
Patrick Gulick, MS PT, a co-owner of Orthopedic Rehab, was born and raised in Whitefish. He graduated from Whitefish High School in 1991. He attended Montana State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 1996.
Margaret Bartels, BS DPT
Margaret was born and raised in Lakewood, Ohio where she attended Saint Augustine Academy. She received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Cleveland State University in 1980 and her Doctorate from Creighton University in 2009. .
Andrea Breuer, BS PT
Andrea, was born in Wolf Point, MT and raised in Havre, MT. She graduated from Havre High School in 1976. She attended Montana State University before transferring to the University of MT where she received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1986.
Amy Fischer, MS PT
Amy was raised in Oregon City, Oregon. She received bachelor of science degrees in both biology and chemistry from Eastern Oregon State University in 2000. Amy then attended the University of Montana and earned her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy in 2002.
Charis Harrison, DPT
Charis was raised in Dillon, MT and graduated in 2006 from Beaverhead County High School. She attended the University of Montana to receive a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science then continued on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014.
Tonia Howe, PTA
Tonia was born and raised in North Dakota and relocated to Montana in 1998 and joined the Orthopedic Rehab team as a Physical Therapy Aide in 2008. In 2012, she returned to college and graduated from Flathead Valley Community College in 2013.
Ben Kingan, DPT
Ben received his Bachelors degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois before earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis. He holds a Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification.
Alyssa Kranz, PTA
Alyssa was born and raised in Montana. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Montana in 2010. Alyssa returned to school in 2012 and received her Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy.
Teresa Kropp, BS PT
Teresa was born and raised in North Dakota where she attended Jamestown High School. She received her Minor in Sports Medicine and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy.Prior to working in Montana she worked as a Physical Therapist at St. Alexis Hospital in Bismarck.
Tyler Ladenburg, DPT
Tyler was born and raised in Columbia Falls and graduated from Columbia Falls High School in 2000. He attended Montana State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2006. He graduated from the University of Montana in 2009.
Rod Michel, PTA
Rod was born in Evansville, IN and raised in Newburgh where he graduated from Castle High School in 1988. He attended Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green where he received a Bachelor of Arts in History and Anthropology in 1993.
Alena Ori, DPT
Alena was born and raised in the Flathead Valley. She was an 8 time varsity letter winner in Basketball, Volleyball and Track at Flathead High School. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Professional Health Sciences at South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.
Christy Rusdal, PT
Christy has been a physical therapist for 16 years, starting as a staff PT at Community Hospital of Anaconda. She then moved to Helena, and spent 6 1/2 years doing outpatient orthopedics at Manger-Harrington Physical Therapy, then 18 months at St. Peter’s Hospital doing pediatrics.
Sarah Schmautz, DPT
Sarah was born and raised in Kalispell, MT. She graduated from Flathead High School before attending the University of Montana. Sarah earned her undergraduate degree in Human Biology. She then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2007.
Kirk VanSlyke, DPT
Kirk was raised in Lander, WY. He graduated from Lander Vally High School before attending Brigham Young University. Kirk earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Science, and did his graduate work at the University of Wyoming.
Ashley Wenz, DPT
Ashley was born and raised in the Flathead Valley. She graduated from Flathead High School in 2001 and then attended the University of Montana where she received her bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance.
Tim Whalen, DPT
Tim was born and raised in Darlington, WI and graduated from Darlington High School in 2005. He received a Bachelor of Science in 2009 from the University of Wisconsin. In 2014, he graduated from Washington University in Saint Louis with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Kelly Malmin, DPT
Kelly graduated from the University of North Dakota with a doctorate in Physical Therapy and has been treating in the valley since 2008. Prior to that she practiced in Eastern Montana for 12 years where she saw a wide variety of patient diagnosis. She is comfortable with all types of diagnosis and patient types.
Benjamin Kingan, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, ASTYM-cert
Ben is the Director of our Kalispell office and was born in Mattoon, Illinois. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology. He then went on to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2007 from Washington University in St. Louis.
